D4 Coming to Xbox One This Friday

The man behind the wonderfully weird Deadly Premonition is at it again with the Xbox One exclusive D4. D4 will have some kinect functionality if you’re into that sort of thing but can be played with the good old fashion X1 controller as well.

TGS Silent Hills Trailer Is Just As Creepy As You’d Imagine

Silent Hills looks like it’s going for the jugular when it comes to scares and all around mood. If P.T. is just a taste of what to expect then consider us excited and slightly worried that we won’t be able to finish the game.

Nintendo Reminds Us That The Wii U is Getting A New Fatal Frame

Nintendo loves to tease gamers with Japanese games we have to beg and plead for and that legacy continues with the new Fatal Frame for Wii U. It’s looking downright creepy, which is a good thing. Sadly, unless you decide to import or live in Japan odds are very high you won’t be playing it. Come on Nintendo, do the right thing.

New Bloodborne Trailer Makes Me Wish I Had a Time Machine Because I Need This Now

TGS is delivering is spades this year. I don’t know what they put in the drinking water in Japan this year but bless their hearts. Bloodborne from SCEJ and FROM SOFTWARE is looking like the Nightmare Creatures game I always wanted and never got. Thank you based Miyazaki.

Tetsuya Nomura Is No Longer Directing Final Fantasy XV
In news that’s kind of shocking but not really, as the guy seemed more occupied with creating costumes for random other things, Tetsuya Nomura is no longer directing Final Fantasy XV.
Square-Enix:

In reviewing our development structure, we have decided to assign Hajime Tabata as the new director for Final Fantasy XV. Currently, Tabata and the entire development team are working, whole-heartedly, towards completing the production of Final Fantasy XV and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality Final Fantasy title to date. We invite every one of our fans to view the fruits of our labor through Final Fantasy XV’s demo, and promise to present a game that further surpasses expectations when the finished product is released. As the director of Final Fantasy XV, Tetsuya Nomura has mainly worked on the original concept for the story and universe in addition to creating the characters. Hereafter, he will be focusing his efforts on the production of titles that can only be made possible by Nomura, himself, and delivering products that exceed the quality of past titles, starting with another one of his representative projects, Kingdom Hearts III. Square Enix will continue to work on these titles with the best staff formation in an effort to deliver them to everyone as soon as possible and appreciates your continued support.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Is Looking Hot

Square-Enix decided this TGS that making video games not on mobile devices is a thing and we’re glad to see it with a new trailer for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. Set for a worldwide release next March, FFType-0 will come with an exclusive demo for Final Fantasy XV.

Final Fantasy XV TGS Trailer

It’s alive, alive!!!

Square-Enix is actually admitting that Final Fantasy XV is a thing and it may actually really be happening. I’m still doubtful though. Regardless, here’s a brand new trailer. Enjoy it, as we may not see any footage of the game again till next year.
