Double Dragon Neon punches you in the face with 80s rock
If you’ve been gaming since the 80s, then odds are you know the joys of the Double Dragon. Both the fantastic game series and the 2 cool 4 school cartoon series. Yep, the 80s and 90s were jam packed with terrible gaming cartoons but they had a certain style which was hard not to love. It seems that Wayforward’s love of the 80s is in full effect in the latest Double Dragon. Neon hits digital shelves September 11th and 12th and will set you back $10.00. While the combat looks slow, I have to tip my hat to that radical 80s tune in the background. Its like reliving Don Johnson’s classic foray into music — Heartbeat.

It’s a move that SEGA has done time and time again this generation when they have plans for bringing their classic games in glorious HD. Odds are we’ll hear something about this soon, our guess is at this months TGS.
Twisted Pixel is known for making insane games that are ridiculously fun. Lococycle is looking to keep that tradition alive with its first gameplay trailer. Lococycle releases next year and we just can’t wait to hear about what the hell is going on in this video.

Microsoft have released a few new screens of the English version of the upcoming Kinect exclusive title Crimson Dragon. Really, this is the title that’s going to make Kinect worth keeping around. Well, that and talking to my TV makes me feel like I’m in Star Trek.
Crimson Dragon for the uninformed is an on-rails shooter made by the team behind the much loved Panzer Dragoon series. Which as you can tell from these screens is pretty damn apparent. You can expect Crimson Dragon later year on Xbox Live Arcade.
