Here’s your first look at God of War Ascension. Ascension will feature 8 player multiplayer combat as evident in these new screens. We’ll have some footage of the game this evening.
Amazon let the cat out the bag. The PS3 will be seeing Kratos kill… I have no idea what the hell he can kill at this point. Hasn’t he killed everything there is to kill already? Regardless, the PS3 is getting a new God of War title. Prepare for Ascension.
Sony teasing new announcement next week, probably is God of War 4
Sony is teasing a BIG announcement for next week with the image above. Considering Sony’s Holiday schedule for big AAA exclusives is pretty bare and we have the word ‘vengeance’ in the tease odds are it’s God of War 4. Considering God of War 3 is one of the most visually eye-ball spasming games this generation, God of War 4 is going to be a hell of a treat on the PS3. I just hope Kratos isn’t so angry anymore. He really needs a hug.

Rumor: Possible first screen of God of War 4
Rumor is going around that Sony is going to announce God of War 4 next month for the PS3. You’d think that our old friend Kratos has had enough god homicide and you know being dead and all would be a problem, but not for Captain Crankypants. Sony Santa Monica this week released a video showing some behind the scenes footage of the studio at work and it seems they happened to slip in a little shot of the rumored God of War 4. Welp, there goes that surprise. Expect Kratos to be moody again this year on PS3. Maybe, you know, rumor and all.
