The Big Games of 2011

2011 is pretty much a wrap and 2012 beacons with the promise of a Q1 that’s more stacked than Heidi Montag, and that’s saying a hell of a lot. 2012 holds the promise of The Last of Us, Halo 4, BioShock Infinite, Dragon’s Dogma, Metal Gear Rising and well the list goes on for big games coming in 2012 but let’s not forget 2011, which was a hell of a year for big games. 

2011 saw Marcus Fenix and the rest of Delta finally bring an end to the Locust Horde, Issac Clarke encountered the horrors of the necromorphs once again, Ezio and Desmond continued their quest for the truth in Revelations and we all wandered through the beautiful tundra of Skyrim while meeting would be retired adventures who have taken an arrow to the knee. Those are just a few of the many great adventures in 2011. What were your gaming highlights of the year? Was it Uncharted 3, Skyrim, Gears 3, Modern Warfare 3? And what are you looking forward to in 2012, besides the end of the world of course. How can we possibly miss that?
