Black Ops II Nuketown 2025 closed for business
I’ve been playing a fair bit of Black Ops II this weekend. I’m slowly coming to grips with the combat and for the most part having a good time (muting of microphones is a must). My favorite map being the pre-order exclusive Nuketown 2025. I don’t seem to be the only one, as the map has constantly seen tons of action and Black Ops II players are digging it. They’re going to be pretty pissed as Treyarch is taking it away.
Treyarch Game Designer David Vonderhaar has announced that the Nuketown playlist will be going the way of the Dodo. If you still want to play it, you can always gather a group and play in customs; or wait for special events when it will be back. To call this bullsh*t is a disgrace to bullsh*t. Nuketown 2025 was clearly one of the selling points for Black Ops II and now Treyarch is bait and switching consumers. Making it even more hysterical is the playlist itself says, “Nuketown 24/7 we never close”. Yeah, how about no.
“Pre-order Black Ops II and get the Nuketown 2025 map! Oh, after the launch weekend it won’t be available in play rotation!”.
