Rumor: Next Xbox to have tablet controller
Nintendo leads, everyone else follows. That seems to be the general consensus in the gaming industry and it seems to be happening once again.
Xbox World magazine is reporting that the next Xbox is real and is loaded with more tech than you can shake a stick at. Next generation Kinect, enhanced LIVE, faster CPU and GPU and now a Wii U like tablet. Unlike Nintendo’s Wii U; rumor is the tablet will meld the best of the current Xbox 360 controller with screen more akin to Sony’s Vita with functionality for not just gaming but multimedia as well.
While we already know at this point that the next Xbox may not be the giant power jump that the Xbox to Xbox 360 was, it seems Microsoft is investing in gaming and multimedia experiences heavily.
