Alan Wake’s American Nightmare OST announced - It’s an awesome soundtrack

One of the things that the original Alan Wake had going for it was a fantastic soundtracks. Not only was the orchestral work solid but it also managed to produce a soundtrack of licensed songs that really added to the atmosphere of the title. Alan Wake’s American Nightmare looks to be going the same route with a soundtrack that really scratches the music snob in me.
Remedy and EMI Scandinavia have announced the soundtrack for Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, which features Kasabian and other top artists.
“Music played an important role in the original Alan Wake and we’ve carried that tradition over to American Nightmare with an exceptionally strong selection of original and licensed songs,” said Remedy franchise dev head Oskari Hakkinen.
“And to spice things up a little more, Alan’s old-time buddy and literary agent Barry Wheeler has become the manager of the game’s seminal rock-band Old Gods of Asgard – expect a brand new single to be included with the game!”
